Secure FTP: SFTP and FTPS

SFTP and FTPS

These are two types of secure FTP.

SFTP is FTP using SSH.
FTPS is FTP over SSL or TLS.

SFTP is allowed on any server, and you can connect over port 2222. If you cannot connect, please contact us at support@smartlabsoftwarehosting.com to tell us.

FTPS is allowed on dedicated and VPS servers only. Please submit a ticket to support@smartlabsoftwarehosting.com requesting "enable TLS for FTP".
